Advantage
SANSCENIC’s high-end product like Cocobolo solid guitars is not a simple stacking material; we use the following advanced technology:
1、Bolt on the neck joint
Traditional dovetail joint Bolt on the neck joint
The traditional dovetail joint brought a lot of convenience in production, but one of the biggest disadvantages is that the body and neck of the guitar are connected by the dovetail joint with glue. After a long time of use (maybe one to three years), the collapse or arch occurs at about the 14th fret, which causes the difficulty from string distance adjustment and it is difficult to avoid the s-shaped bending of the neck. The key of Bolt on the neck joint technology allow lengthening the neck of the fret after the 14th fret, so that the neck will not be deformed in s-shape. Many guitar makers have abandoned the dovetail joint design in favor of high-precision machining and switched to bolt on the neck joint.

2、CNC one-piece Fingerboard
Compared with the traditional use of mold and ultra-thin saw blade to make the Fingerboard, SANSCENIC adopts CNC integrated molding, using different knives (as small as 0.6mm diameter drill), from the shape of the Fingerboard cutting, to the radian production, and then to the fret wire grooving, CNC can complete all the working process easily and bring higher precision and tuning. At the same time, because of the integration of the Fingerboard, there is no need for the binding, which means that in the future, there will be no cracking of the binding.
0.6mm diameter drill milling product fret wire groove, low efficiency, a day can only process 10 Fingerboards.
The finished fingerboard without binding means there will be no binding cracking

3、UV solidify paint
UV solidify paint is a new type of environmental protection paint, the biggest advantage is that you can do ultra-thin, high definition, leveling, almost zero emissions, in line with international environmental protection policies. The quality of timbre has a lot to do with the thickness of the paint. Too thick paint and too strong package will suppress the vibration of the body. Normally, the thickness of UV paint is controlled between 0.14-0.18mm, while SANSCENIC panel paint is at its thinnest 0.09mm. 4、hot pressing and cold pressing technology for sideboard
The solid guitar sideboard is only about 2mm thick, and each factory has its own process of hot bending into the shape of the guitar. Studying together with the equipment manufacturer, we developed the latest hot bending equipment and the new process combining the traditional internal and external die process. Since the shape rebound occurs when the wood is cooled, only through the combination of cold pressing and hot pressing can the sideboard be controlled to the maximum extent without deformation.

5、whole process without removing the mold
SANSCENIC guitar form the shape of the guitar sideboard to the completion of the top and back board closing the body, we don’t remove the mold during the production process. Many manufacturers with large output cannot guarantee the circulation of more molds in the production line. There are usually only three molds for each body type. Frequent disassembly of molds in the production process will result in the change of the fit between guitar and mold and the distortion of body. SANSCENIC's monthly output is only about 100 pieces, but there are 10 sets of molds for each body type in circulation, to ensure the precision of guitar appearance.

6、The kerfing that can universal direction adjusts The kerfing with the function of universal direction adjustment can perfectly fit and follow sideboard radian, it won't leave aperture, enhance the vibration conduction of top and back board, although it is a small detail, but still can not ignore.

7、fingerboard beeswax processing The finger board with beeswax process can get full glossiness. at the same time beeswax can fill inside the pore of finger board lumber, prevent moisture air from penetrating into the board and will avoids the fret wire to scratch the finger of player because the finger board shrunk.

8、Maple wood rubbing process
A guitar manufacturer in China acquired maple wood rubbing technology through learning and also improved its own process. Because of its good visual effect and moderate price, it is very popular in the Chinese market. There are many copycats and it has been imitated all the time, but other manufacturers have never been able to do better. The technology was also key to the company's early development.

9、shellac paint technology Shellac is an ancient paint technique, commonly used for violins and superior classical guitars, and is the best of all paint types for its excellent timbre performance. However, because this requires manual rub hundreds of layers over and over again, the production is long. And shellac is hard to maintain: it's soft and easy to scratch; Sensitive to temperature and humidity, sticky in summer, easy to crack in winter, need to humidify the instruments; Do not contact water or any alcohol. The options are currently only available for Advanced customization.

10、carbon fiber reinforcements
Each SANSCENIC guitar is embedded with two 4*7mm carbon fiber reinforcements in the neck. The quantity of the carbon fiber we used is only one fifth of that of steel, but the strength is five times of steel. The neck with carbon fiber rod can effectively prevent the neck deformation and keep enough truss rod allowance.
